55Clean Launches New Service Base In Central St Andrews

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new service base in Alexandra Court, central St Andrews.

The new base is co-located with the operations facilities of group companies Latitude55 and 55Rent.

Director at 55Clean, Neil Jarvie, commented, "I'm delighted to have our new base in the heart of town, within a few minutes walk from a large number of client properties. This makes it extremely convenient for members of our team who don't drive to attend client properties, reducing our carbon footprint."

With capacity for further expansion, the site it anticipated to be the core facility for the business through the second half of 2025. Additional sites are in the process of being acquired.
